Hippocrates Medical Services provides advice and takes care of the complete organisation of medical symposia, trainingcourses and multidisciplinairy meetings  for (para) medical specialists and the medical and/or pharmaceutical industry. Hippocrates Medical Services is an independent company that acts as an intermediate to promote knowledge and skills in the medical field.

The development in the medical (technological) field is growing increasingly fast. The importance of training is increasing due to the fact that products and therapies are becoming more complex and more specialistic. Therefor the need to share medical knowledge and experience for all stakeholders is growing. Specialists and industry could further improve and develop each other’s work by sharing medical practice. In addition, (para)medical specialists could achieve the necessary accreditation points by training and exchange of knowledge.

Cooperation between specialists and industry is necessary and desirable, but should never lead to undesirable influence of the purchasing decisions of medical devices or medical equipment or the prescribing of pharmaceuticals. A correct collaboration between the medical specialists and industry has become essential due to the introduction of the (Eucomed) code of conduct. ‘Sharing Medical Practice’ is still possible by organizing small-scale, independent and accredited meetings according to these code of conduct. These meetings will focus on specific target groups with like-minded need to knowledge exchange. As an independent intermediate, Hippocrates Medical Servicestakes care of the programme, the invitation policy, the location of the meeting, the registration of participants, the application for accreditation, in other words the entire organization and implementation of the meeting.

Has a wide experience in setting up, organizing and running symposia, training courses and meetings. The aim of Hippocrates Medical Services is to contribute to the distribution, improvement and development of knowledge and experience in the medical field.
